Overnight Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1–2 tsp sweetener
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh fruits (banana slices, berries, mango)
- Granola
Instructions:
- Mix chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a jar or bowl.
- Stir well for about 1–2 minutes to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
- In the morning, stir again, add toppings, and enjoy cold!
